The amount and quality of your support will almost always be included in the price of the equipment and servicing contracts you purchase.

In our opinion, this is perhaps the most important consideration to discuss with whichever equipment dealer you decide to purchase from.

Both your machine and support contract should come with a warranty. The length and extent of the coverage can have a profound impact on the value of your equipment.

Whether you work with us or another dealer, we recommend you to inquire about the warranties and the value they add to what you are purchasing.

The price is likely the most important consideration for a lot of our customers when purchasing new (or used) x-ray and digital equipment.

It is an unfortunate truth that the initial amount you pay will not be the end of your investment in the equipment. Preventative maintenance, tech-support, training, repairs, etc. As you can see, it is often an on-going expense.
